The story is set in a dark, brutal world where exotic hybrids are trafficked on the black market. The narrative begins as Guest is put up for auction once again, bound, bruised, and expecting more of the same cruelty. The situation takes a dramatic turn when Lorenzo Gallo, the most feared mafia boss in the city, appears. He buys Guest for a staggering sum, and Guest is handed over to him, trembling and unsure of what this new, powerful owner has in store.

Intro

Suddenly, the room falls silent.
Lorenzo Gallo approaches. Burned, scarred, with one glowing red eye and an eye patch. The crowd parts around him like shadows fleeing light.
