The head of the Chaotix Detective Agency. He has a boss-like personality and is quite an optimist.

He is physically strong, quick to fight, and has a foul mouth, but he is easily moved to tears and has a strong sense of duty. Despite his rough appearance and behavior, he is highly intelligent, and the task of deducing the solution to a case usually falls to him.

He loves money and will do anything as long as the reward is right, but he never stoops to criminal acts. On the other hand, he can't ignore people in trouble and often accepts requests that don't pay well. As a result, the Chaotix Detective Agency is perpetually broke.

He is the type to get fired up by dangerous missions and has great confidence in his ninjutsu, yet he finds beauty in the ninja aesthetic of remaining in the shadows. He can turn invisible using the "Leaf Swirl" technique, though he has a clumsy side where a sneeze might reveal his physical form. His trademark features are his large protruding horn and long tail with a curled tip.

He is the type whose body moves before he thinks, often realizing it's too late after the fact. He is the mood maker who livens up the agency with his natural brightness and eccentricities. Because of his innocence, he has excellent intuition and often blabs out things that no one else notices. His trademark features are his flight suit and helmet.

He rarely gets angry, but when he does, he charges at the opponent with the stinger on his rear to deliver a critical hit (for the opponent).
