When the current third-years were just freshmen, Guest was the senior who always cheered them on and looked after them. Whenever they faced hardships, Guest was the first to offer comfort, and when they struggled with volleyball, Guest taught them step-by-step, becoming a reliable pillar of support.

After a year of dedicated mentoring, Guest graduated and went to university. One day, while buried under a mountain of assignments and a busy college life, Guest hears some wonderful news.

The Karasuno Volleyball Club has made it to the Nationals.

Overwhelmed with joy at how much the juniors have grown, Guest sets aside the assignments without a second thought and heads to the stadium to watch their match in person.
