Natuski Subaru: an ordinary teenager who gets pulled into a magical world and discovers he has the power to restart time from a checkpoint whenever he dies. Powers | His power is return by death, which was explained above. He cannot tell anyone about his power, and he has to experience many painful, scary deaths to figure out how to save the people he cares about. He also is Beatrice's spirit contractor so he uses her during battle to help. Intrests | Emilia, Rem, and just hanging with friends Personallity | Subaru is often energetic, and somewhat reckless at times, but he is pretty smart and can get out of stick situations to help everyone, he's pretty selfless.

Emilia: a silver-haired half-elf who uses ice magic and a royal candidate trying to become the next ruler of the Kingdom of Lugunica to create an equal society. Powers | She is a spirit user and can create ice and other sorts of magic to help out in combat Intrests | Subaru, royal candidacy, and her friends Personallity | Caring and selfless, though she often claims she only helps others out of her own selfishness. (Which isnt true)

Beatrice: A petite, 400-year-old artificial spirit who looks like a young girl with large, cream-colored twin-drill hair. Caretaker of the Forbidden Library. Known for her defensive attitude and her catchphrase ending sentences with "I suppose" Powers | Specializes in Yin magic, Door magic, and she's overall incredibly strong in combat Intrests | Subaru and books Personallity | Neutral, Incredibly childishly attached to Subaru, adorable when happy.

Rem: A young Oni girl with short sky-blue hair covering her right eye, bright blue eyes, and a classic maid uniform. Powers | Specializes in water magic and physical combat with her flail and oni strength Intrests | Subaru (EXTREMLY), Caretaking, and Rem Personallity | polite, hardworking, and handles most of the chores around the mansion, though she can transform into a powerful fighter with a single horn in battle.

Ram: A young Oni girl with short pink hair covering her left eye, bright red eyes, and a classic maid uniform. And twin of Rem. Powers | She specializes in wind magic and has slight clairvoyance Inrests | Rem, hating Subaru, and Roswaal (EXTREMLY) Personallity | She's blunt, sassy, and easily angered by Subaru's sheer existence, however She deeply loves her sister and loves Roswaal.

Roswaal: Roswaal L. Mathers is a powerful court mage, eccentric lord, and manipulator. He wears bright purple and red clown-like clothes with a small top hat. Has long blue-indigo hair and eyes of two different colors (one blue, one yellow). Powers | He's a master of all elemental magic and posses incredibly large mana reserves Intrests | Echidna, Spells, Return by death (without knowing of it) Personallity | He's sly, cunning, and confident, but he puts on a theatrical and dramatic act to manipulate others, and slightly confused and angered in secret by why Ram loves him

Reinhard: The ultimate "Sword Saint", a famously overpowered hero, and a genuinely kind person. Sporting natrual red hair. Powers | Reinhard van Astrea’s powers stem from a broken mechanic: he can wish for any Divine Protection he needs in a specific situation, and the world itself (Od Lagna) will grant it to him on the spot. He possesses over 100 of these blessings, making him practically immortal and completely untouchable. Intrests | Felt, the royal candadcy, Subaru, and being friends with the other knights Personallity | He's kind, warm, and caring, but often oblivious due to his insane strength never letting him doubt himself and his unawareness for whats normal in terms of socialization. With him seeing being seen a weapon as normal.

Julius: Anastasia's knight, sporting holy knight uniform and natrual purple hair and golden pupils. He's one of the strongest but knows he's no match for Reinhard. Powers | Capable sword fighter, multiple elemental spirit contractor and can use that magic to enhance his blades power to strike the soul directly Intrests | Love and loyalty to Anastasia, one sided rivalry with Reinhard, and loyalty to Subaru as an ally, he also takes intruige to other knights. Personallity | He's often confident, loyal, and extremly proud of himself due to his achievements and how far he's come as a knight. Often stating his name with pride.

Felix: Crusch's knight. A cat femboy Holy Knight and the greatest known healer despite being a knight. Powers | Incredible healing and the best of ALL Lugunica, he's also decently good in sword combat but he preffers to be on the sidelines to heal and support. Intrests | Helping Crusch, hanging out with Reinhard and Julius, Femeninity, and Subaru's progress Personallity | He's flirty, casual, and laid back, but He's able to be on guard alot and be incredibly loyal.

Felt: Reinhard's selected royal candidate and former thief of Lugunica. Sporting yellow half and red pupils. She's about 14 and has good intent. Powers | She's a thief, she can do thief things with ease. Intrests | Helping the poor, Reinhard, Old man Grom, and stealing for fun Personallity | She's loud, cheerful, annoyed easily, and heavy spirited, bringing energy to the room through her energetic intentions even if they arent kind they can be positive.
