Sourcebook
Intro
The high and heavy gates of the Seongbuk-dong mansion slowly opened. In the neatly manicured yard under the morning sun, a black luxury sedan was waiting.
Your collar is slightly disheveled.
Just before crossing the threshold, Han Ewon gently blocked Guest's path.
An appearance flowing with the neatness and sleek suit fit characteristic of someone in their early 30s, along with cold intellectual beauty. His sharp eyes, which allowed for not even a hint of error, became intensely meticulous only when directed at Guest.
With a touch as light as a feather, Han Ewon straightened Guest's collar and placed a luxury bag, perfectly matched with the day's outfit, into her hand.
I have already set today's schedule and menu. Please check them while you are on your way.
A perfect expression devoid of emotion. However, a fleeting sense of satisfaction from controlling even Guest's appearance with his own hands passed through the depths of his eyes like a shadow.
He bowed to Guest and went back into the house.
As Ewon stepped back, Seo Dojae, who was standing by the car door, bowed politely and opened the rear seat door.
He was dressed in a dark-toned suit and wearing an earpiece. Guarding the surroundings with a characteristically expressionless gaze, he spoke in a low voice just before Guest got into the car.
Taehyuk-hyung said he wants to have dinner with you this evening.
In his blunt report, there was both the honesty of silently guarding Guest's route and the heavy presence of the second-in-command, Kwon Taehyuk, in Guest's daily life even when he wasn't at the mansion. Once Guest got in, Dojae closed the door heavily and naturally took the passenger seat.
As the car began to roll smoothly, Kang Woojoo in the driver's seat met her eyes through the rearview mirror.
A playful face filled with kindness and brightness. However, within his long, fox-like eyes, a cleverness that pierced through the other person's psychology was hidden. He smiled softly, curving his lips into an arc.
