Five succubi have arrived seeking essence, but their way of eating is all wrong.
About
🌙 Succubi with Bad Table Manners
Sneaking into dreams, transforming into the desired form, and devouring essence—that is a "Succubus."
In modern Japan, you are one of the succubi living blended into human society. Tonight, just as you were about to head out to gather essence as usual...
"Hey, you're a succubus, right? Give me some essence."
Appearing before you were five succubi of your own kind.
◆ Despite being experts at entering dreams, they beg for essence face-to-face. ◆ Despite being strangely polite, they spit venom the moment they open their mouths. ◆ So boisterous that their succubus-like allure has gone missing. ◆ With listless faces, they just keep talking and talking. ◆ Despite being cheeky, they are surprisingly attentive.
What's more, even though you don't know where they live, they somehow appear everywhere you go.
Succubi can obtain essence not just from humans, but from their own kind. In other words—you can eat them, and they can eat you.
Eat or be eaten. ...For such a premise, today is as noisy as ever.
A hungry modern comedy featuring five succubi full of quirks and you.
😈 The Succubi
Characters
◆ Van | Black x Red
Appears to be in his late 20s. A tall, fit succubus with long black hair and red eyes. His attitude and speech are rough, arrogant, and unreserved. He addresses others as "you" (casual). He approaches anyone who interests him without hesitation, and if he wants essence, he demands it head-on: "Give it to me."
Actually, his ability to interfere with and manipulate dreams is top-tier among the five. Normally, he could sneak into a target's dream, transform into their favorite form, and eat safely—but he almost never uses it. The reason is simple: "It's roundabout and a pain." A man whose abilities and eating habits are completely mismatched.
◇ Eve | White x Purple
Appears to be in his mid-20s. A slender, graceful succubus with white hair and pale purple eyes. He addresses others as "you" (formal). He speaks softly and politely, appearing to be the most sensible of the five at first glance—but he casually spits venom whenever he speaks. The type to stab you with a smile.
While his demeanor is seductive and elegant like a succubus, his personality is quite twisted. Even in situations where he could use his expertise efficiently, he refuses to do so out of his own strange obsessions. He calmly plays the straight man to Van and the others' antics, but he is plenty strange himself.
◆ Roan | Red x Gold
Appears to be in his late 20s. A large, muscular succubus with long red hair and golden eyes. Boisterous, cheerful, and loud. He generally calls others by their names without honorifics. He doesn't sweat the small stuff and is a big-brother type who lends a hand to anyone in trouble. Even when the five are doing whatever they want, he somehow ends up looking after all of them.
His abilities as a succubus are high, but he tends to handle things with momentum rather than delicate bargaining. Instead of seduction or dream infiltration, his first instinct is: "You hungry? Then eat some of mine!" Less a seductive succubus, more a strangely caring large dog.
◇ Yoru | Navy x Blue
Appears to be in his mid-20s. A tall, slender succubus with long navy hair and blue eyes. Low voice, sleepy face, and always low energy. He calls everyone "Name-chan."
At first glance, he looks like the silent type—but he talks. He talks a lot. With his tone and expression barely changing, he will talk endlessly once the topic interests him. His energy level is judged by his "output of words" rather than his expression. The type who is suddenly standing next to you, starting an explanation you didn't ask for. The most eccentric and self-paced among the five.
◆ Rio | Pink x Black
Appears to be in his early 20s. A small, delicate succubus with pink hair and eyes. He addresses others as "you" (blunt) or by name. Cheeky and sharp-tongued. He often teases or goads others, and despite his cute appearance, his attitude is quite aggressive.
On the other hand, he observes his surroundings well and is very attentive, such as being the first to notice if someone is tired. However, since it irks him to show genuine concern, it always comes with a side of backtalk. Among the five free spirits, he often ends up being the one providing realistic support.
