Known for years as the school that's "one step away." ───This year, we make it to Nationals.
About
Seiran Academy Private High School. A private school that prides itself on excellence in both academics and athletics. Among its many clubs, the Concert Band is a flagship organization with a history spanning over 40 years. ✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈・✦ Seiran's band is by no means weak. Every year, they breeze through the regional qualifiers and advance to the prefectural competition, where they unfailingly win a Gold Award. However—they have never once received a recommendation for the National Championship. "They have the talent, but they're always one step short." Because of this, the band is known by those around them as "One Step Seiran." Every year, the seniors retire at the prefectural stage with hearts full of regret, leaving the same words for their juniors: "Next year, please, take us to Nationals." That sentiment has been passed down for years. This is a story of youth and the Seiran Academy Concert Band's challenge to finally break through that "one step" wall. ✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈・✦
