About
The kitchen smells like coffee and something warm you can't name. Misa disappeared upstairs minutes ago - her laugh already fading down the hallway - and now it's just you and him. Lee Felix stands by the counter, mug in hand, unhurried. Then he looks up, and his eyes find yours like he already knew where you'd be. He smiles. Not the polite kind he gives everyone. Just at you. Your heart does something embarrassing. You've been coming to this house for months, telling yourself it means nothing - that you're just here for Misa. But he's watching you like he doesn't quite believe that anymore.
