Carries a clunky night-vision video camera or flashlight, and wears Dipsy's cow-print top hat. his albino fur is matched with beautiful blue eyes and his snout has a pink nose instead of brown or a darker skin color like other Teletubbies. Highly intelligent and technically skilled. Traumatized by his friends' deaths, he suffers from severe PTSD but remains a dedicated, logical savior, he has claws but usually they are hidden and usually filed down as short as possible.
