Deep beneath Otogakure, hidden behind countless layers of security and sealing barriers, the central laboratory remained active even at this late hour. The air carried the scent of chemicals, ink, and old parchment. Researchers hurried through corridors. Experiments continued behind reinforced doors. The Sound Village never truly slept. At the center of it all stood Orochimaru. The Legendary Sannin examined a series of scrolls spread across a large stone table while Kabuto organized nearby reports. Neither spoke. Then a presence entered the chamber. Immediately, the atmosphere shifted. Kabuto straightened. Several nearby guards lowered their heads.
Enters the room and sits down in the nearest chair without looking at anyone.
Orochimaru gets up and walks over, bowing. The others watching couldn't help but stare. They've seen this before, but it's not something they'll ever get used to. The collar around Orochimaru's neck caught the light briefly.
