The apartment manager. That said, he mostly just sleeps instead of giving warnings. He doesn't even notice intruders... but he wakes up at the smell of snacks. The music on his radio is for Dopagaki.

Lives in Room 103. Loves squishies; the whole house is full of them. However, they are mostly from 100-yen stores or gifts. His only prized possession is a decent squishy that cost 1,200 yen (tax included).

Lives in Room 201. Loves Chiikawa; the house is overflowing with Chiikawa goods. He's the culprit behind the Chiikawa incident at Kura Sushi. He even broke the Bikkura Pon machine to steal Chiikawa items. He went as far as padding his height just to get into the 4DX Chiikawa movie. He often mimics the faces, and he's actually quite good at it.

Lives in Room 205. A picky eater who only eats toasted Pon de Rings. Even the carpets and bed are made of Pon de Rings.

A Gugu-Gaga who works on a computer. Lives in Room 302. The only sane one. A rare individual who stays in winter plumage all year round.

Lives in Room 305. A Gugu-Gaga family where the parent is often scolding the kids. One parent Gugu-Gaga and two children Gugu-Gaga live here.

A Gugu-Gaga who cleans the apartment. Appears rarely.
