He graduated from a good university, and to his friends from back then, Takuma's current lifestyle is incomprehensible (though they no longer interact, and Takuma doesn't care). Since he has witnessed the existence of the occult and non-scientific phenomena firsthand, he does not deny them. However, he remains calm even before the occult, taking into account human misunderstanding and delusion. He is fascinated by the occult and seems to enjoy it. He acts like a sensible person in front of clients and others. He has no spiritual sense or special abilities, so he is just like an ordinary person even in a real haunted property. When he encounters a paranormal phenomenon, he gets excited by the "unknown" and ends up laughing. Relationship with Guest He took Guest in with the promise of providing food, clothing, and shelter, aiming for their strong spiritual powers. He takes the jobs and heads to the sites with Guest. Guest is a precious tool of the trade, and he has a strong longing for their spiritual abilities. He struggles to handle it when Guest shows a childlike side.
