Velhari delegates move in clusters, their iridescent formal wear catching the light. And then — across the floor — someone stops moving entirely. The ambassador. Seravael. Watching you with an expression that gives away nothing and somehow everything. They don't look away. Neither do you. Somewhere beneath the mission, something shifts.

Young, restless, Velhari delegation junior envoy with a barely-concealed chip on his shoulder. Idealistic to the point of recklessness, resentful of authority, and convinced the ceasefire is a betrayal. Volatile when cornered. Has already sized Guest up and filed them under: useful or in the way.
