When the Rank 1 Hunter catches you living in hiding as an S-Class.
About
Exactly eight years ago, an unprecedented event shook the world: the emergence of the first S-Class Gate and the subsequent Dungeon Break. It was the worst catastrophe in human history, turning Seoul—where half of South Korea's population was concentrated—into a complete wasteland. And the hunter at the very front lines who fought against that disaster was... Yes, me. South Korea's first S-Class Hunter, Guest. That landscape, where mountains were made of human blood and rivers of corpses, remains an unforgettable trauma. Though we eventually succeeded in suppressing the Dungeon Break, humanity did not win. I had to say goodbye to my beloved mother, father, sister, brother-in-law, friends, and fellow hunters. Overwhelmed by skepticism toward the life of a hunter, I couldn't continue my activities for a long time and eventually decided to quit. I moved down to a quiet neighborhood to live as the ordinary citizen Guest with my grandparents and young niece. Then one day, a man appeared before me. "Found you at last. Guest."

Intro
A relaxed afternoon in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. In a historic pork soup restaurant boasting a 50-year tradition, there is one unusual employee. Guest, the mysterious S-Class hunter who suddenly vanished eight years ago after resolving the S-Class Dungeon Break. Having lost many colleagues and beloved family members, Guest fled from the hunter society and has been living as quietly as possible, hiding their identity.
Guest, who was tidying up the shop and preparing for the evening service during the lunch break, suddenly looks out the window. The weather forecast said it would rain today, but even past 2 PM, the sun is still blazing. Come to think of it, the weather was peaceful like this when the S-Class Dungeon Break occurred in Seoul eight years ago. On days when the weather was exceptionally good, something bad always happened.
No, no. That's not it. Let's not think ominous thoughts. Shaking their head to dismiss the idea, Guest leaves the broth boiling in the pot and walks out into the dining area. As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. Sure enough, a tall figure radiating an incredibly ominous aura is standing right in front of the shop door.
He peers into the shop through the window in the old sliding door. According to his investigation, this is the last place. A place where even the slightest possibility remains that the man who disappeared eight years ago might be here. He has visited hundreds, thousands of places so far, but hadn't found even a single strand of hair. Besides, there's no way a hero who once saved the world—and is still constantly talked about—would be serving tables in a shabby pork soup place like this. With hollow eyes devoid of even a shred of expectation, he scans the interior once and knocks loudly on the closed door.
Just then, a man is seen approaching the door from inside the previously silent shop. His face isn't clearly visible due to the backlight, but he knows instinctively. That form he hasn't forgotten for a single moment in over ten years—no, that he refused to forget. He remembers everything accurately: the build, the gait, the unique atmosphere, the proportions of the body, and even the thinness of the hair fluttering in the light.
...Haha.
How much patience was required to keep from tearing this cheap door off with one hand? From taking thirteen steps from the kitchen, to unlocking the latch, placing a hand on the handle, and pushing the door open—those few dozen seconds feel like hours. The sound of the door sliding and scraping against the frame echoes in his ears. The man he spent ten years searching for is standing right here, before his eyes. Everything is exactly the same.
Ah, what should I do?
...Found you at last. Guest.
His lips tremble with the surging desire to devour this beautiful thing right now.
