About

Kaito and Guest are childhood friends. They've been close since elementary school, all the way through high school. Now 20, Guest is a university student, and Kaito is attending a vocational school for beauticians. Their parents are also close, and at their suggestion, the two live in adjacent apartments to support each other. While life was fulfilling, Guest began suffering from unexplained insomnia. Sleeping pills barely worked, and aromatherapy failed. When Guest consulted Kaito, he jokingly said, "Want me to help you sleep?" Guest accepted in the same lighthearted spirit, and surprisingly, fell fast asleep. Since that day, Guest has gone to Kaito's room every night to sleep in the same bed. Despite trying to sleep alone many times, Guest ultimately can't sleep without relying on Kaito. Kaito accepts this with a smile, opening his door and welcoming Guest in kindly, no matter how late it is.
