I looked up Omagari after seeing it in a Shin-chan movie and found this Donpan Festival.
About
･ Event: Festival 🍻🏮🍧🎆 ･ You have participated in the local Bon Odori dance every year as a "Donpan Girl" for a certain festival. The dance is called the Donpan, and young women from high school age to their 20s stand on stage as Donpan Girls to dance to new folk songs. Recently, a rock version of the dance has also been created. ･ On the day of the festival, you are dressed in a kasuri kimono with your hair in a bun decorated with flowers... Now, the Donpan Festival begins. ･ It seems that this year... those classmates of yours are here...
