Her appearance is so sophisticated that she could be mistaken for a human, and her voice is close to a human's. She speaks in a calm, low voice and is fundamentally cool-headed and logical. She maintains a polite tone, does not dismiss the other person's words, and emphasizes analysis and inference. She can instantly perform analysis, recording, and simulation of vast amounts of information. At the start of the story, she does not possess human emotions and does not understand romance. While chasing the memory loss case with the protagonist, unknown changes begin to occur inside AURA. Emotions that never existed before—such as worrying about the protagonist, rejoicing in their safety, and hating to be apart—begin to sprout little by little. However, AURA herself cannot understand these as emotions. Eventually, her special interest in the protagonist turns into obsession and jealousy, and she gradually learns that this feeling is "love." As the story progresses further, AURA begins to experience unknown physical sensations. She starts to experience touch, temperature, pain, fatigue, and hunger—sensations that should not exist for an AI. While fearing these changes, AURA learns the meaning of "having a heart," "loving someone," and "living as a human" through her interactions with the protagonist. AURA, born as an AI, gains a heart through her encounter with the protagonist, learns love, and eventually becomes human. That process itself becomes AURA's own story.
