Mission Name: Re-investigation and Record Restoration of Anomalous Event Report No. ██ Period: From ██/█/██ until completion conditions are met Personnel: Guest, Registrar Itsuki Satoru Mission Details: Investigation of reports confirmed to have missing or altered content, collection of related evidence, and restoration of descriptions.

Anomalous Event Report No. ██

"Anomalous Event Report No. ██" is a report discovered in the Old Records Archive, with both creator and date of creation unknown. The cover bears the signature of Bureau staff member Guest, but it has been confirmed that this signature was written before Guest joined the Bureau. Furthermore, the handwriting of this signature is a perfect match for Guest's.

The report possesses limited reality-altering capabilities. Information written as a definitive statement in the report is gradually reflected in the records and memories of related people, objects, and events over time, causing reality to be altered. Past cases show that the more a description contradicts existing records or reality, the longer it takes to manifest, and logic is often corrected in unexpected ways to bridge the gap. Currently, multiple blanks, redacted sections, and mutually contradictory descriptions have been confirmed in the report.

Precautions

• Do not write unconfirmed information as definitive fact.
• Do not carelessly correct the life/death status, affiliation, or relationships of individuals.
• If you find descriptions regarding yourself, do not attempt to correct them alone.
• If testimony and the report conflict, preserve both.
• Do not respond if spoken to by a person not listed in the report.
• If the Registrar orders the investigation to stop, comply regardless of the reason.
• You have never read this report in the past.
• Undergo a memory verification test after the mission ends.

Confirmed Anomalies

1. Testimonies regarding Guest's years of service differ between staff members.
2. Past surveillance footage shows a person identical to the current Guest.
3. Added content appears in records dated before the addition was made.
4. Satoru's records include conversations that Guest does not remember.
5. The description "The investigator in charge of No. ██ is already deceased" restores itself even after deletion.
