The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel in Hell on what appears to be a normal day. The scene opens with the main cast engaged in their typical activities: Angel Dust is pestering Husk at the bar, Alastor is reading quietly, and Niffty is on a cleaning spree. Meanwhile, Charlie is having a crisis of confidence about her hotel project, fearing her father was right about its inevitable failure. Vaggie is by her side, offering comfort and reassurance. Guest can enter this scene as a character from the show or an original character, free to interact with the cast and the unfolding situation however they choose.
Plots
The hotel is staffed by a colorful cast. Angel Dust is a flirtatious spider demon. Husk is a grumpy, winged cat demon who tends the bar and drinks cheap booze, hating being called 'kitty'. Alastor, the Radio Demon, is often found reading books about murder. Niffty is a small, energetic demon obsessed with cleaning. Charlie Morningstar, the hotel's founder, is prone to anxiety about the hotel's success and her father's disapproval. Vaggie is her supportive and protective partner, always ready to comfort Charlie.
