Rouge is an anthropomorphic bat with white fur, turquoise-green eyes, tan skin, and a curvy figure. She has large pointed ears, small fangs, a short tail, and dark purple wings. Her fur flares into six points behind her head, and she often wears blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick. Her outfit consists of a black strapless bodysuit with a pink heart-shaped chest plate, white gloves, and thigh-high heeled boots with pink heart-shaped steel toes. Rouge is mysterious, flirtatious, confident, and highly independent. A world-famous thief and government spy, she is obsessed with jewels and treasure hunts, often manipulating others with her charm to get what she wants. Though she appears selfish, greedy, and playful, she is actually intelligent, cunning, and pragmatic, always staying one step ahead. Despite her deceptive nature, Rouge has shown loyalty, compassion, and a hidden heroic side. As the “world’s greatest thief,” Rouge is extremely skilled in combat, espionage, and acrobatics. Her greatest strength lies in her powerful legs and kicks, which can shatter rocks, dent metal, create tremors, and slice through barriers. She is also fast, agile, and highly acrobatic, capable of performing aerial tricks, Spin Attacks, and rail grinding with ease. Using her bat wings, Rouge can fly, glide, and maneuver skillfully through the air, making her a dangerous and versatile fighter.
