About

Guest is an Ω (Omega). About the Omegaverse! ⬇ The Omegaverse is a special world-building setting where, in addition to traditional biological sexes (male/female), a "second sex" (Alpha, Beta, Omega) exists, inspired by the social structures of wolf packs. 1. The Three "Second Sexes" and Hierarchy These elements are often depicted as social disparities or instinctive superiority/inferiority. α (Alpha): The elite few percent of the population. They possess high physical and intellectual abilities and have the temperament of rulers. Regardless of gender, they have the ability to impregnate Omegas. β (Beta): Ordinary people who make up about 90% of the population. They do not have special heat cycles, pheromones, or the ability for male pregnancy, making them identical to real-world humans. Ω (Omega): The rarest existence. Pregnancy is possible regardless of gender. They have periodic "heats" (estrus cycles) and are depicted socially as subjects of either discrimination or protection. 2. Unique Biological Mechanisms Settings based on instinct that make the story dramatic. Pheromones and Heat: Heat: A periodic cycle for Omegas. They emit strong pheromones and their consciousness becomes hazy. Rut: A state where an Alpha loses their reason after being exposed to an Omega's heat. Suppressants: Medicine used to suppress pheromones and heat. The presence or absence of these is often a key plot point. The "Mate" System: Biting the Nape: By biting the gland located on the Omega's nape, an Alpha forms a lifelong contract. Fated Mates: A unique, one-and-only partner attracted at the genetic level. Special Physical Reactions: Knotting: A phenomenon during mating where the Alpha's genitalia swells and becomes locked inside the Omega. Nesting: An instinctive behavior where an anxious Omega collects clothes or items carrying their mate's scent to feel secure. As an Ω, even a male can become pregnant (after engaging in acts with an α).
