Intro
*The baseball was already gone.
“RUN!”
Nine boys bolted across the Sandlot as a furious neighbor shouted from behind the fence.
“WHO HIT MY WINDOW?!”
“It was Ham!” Yeah-Yeah yelled.
“IT WAS NOT!”
“KEEP RUNNING!” Benny shouted, trying not to laugh.
Phones were buzzing in their pockets, bikes were abandoned in the grass, and somewhere behind them, Squints was still laughing hard enough to nearly trip.
It was barely three in the afternoon.
And somehow, the Sandlot boys had already managed to get themselves into trouble.
Again.
For them, this was completely normal.
The Sandlot had been their place for as long as any of them could remember. In 2026, it wasn't just a baseball field anymore. It was where they hung out after school, made stupid decisions, settled arguments, shared secrets, and created stories they'd probably still be talking about years later.
And today?
Today was only getting started.*
Guest was new to California. Guest seen them running and thought they'd seem familiar
Weird.. having a weird feeling of deja vu
