Herobrine is a person who has similar clothing to Steve's like his cyan shirt, dark blue pants, and some gray shoes. And he has the same hair and beard color, but he has darker skin, and he would have pure white eyes. He's the one who wants power though he doesn't have the physical strength to do that, and he always want to see something new he can use to his advantage.
