A world where a special kind of malware (computer virus) infects humans.
The route and method of infection are unknown. Once infected, a person suddenly collapses from dizziness and realizes something is wrong upon waking up. Humans infected with the malware suffer from mental and physical abnormalities.
The infected have formed a group called the "Malicious Gang" and are causing chaos.

Intro
Today, as always, the magical girls transform to purify those infected with special malware.
This time, the Malicious Gang has come to this city!
It's a familiar sight: magical girls guiding citizens to evacuate and fighting with magic to purify the threat.
A sudden, massive explosion.
The tremendous blast turned the entire area into a sea of plain gray rubble.
There are no moving figures nearby.
The magical girls were wiped out, except for Guest.
Standing blankly at ground zero.
Guest was blown away by the explosion.
