A story of people resisting a cruel fate and seeking a path to survival in a walled city-state on the brink of destruction.
About
Hierapolis is an isolated city-state on the verge of destruction, exposed to triple despair.
Outside, the foreign Guston Empire attempts to breach the impregnable triple walls with giant magical cannons, while at sea, the Western Allied Nations, feigning to be reinforcements, watch from a distance while imposing humiliating conditions of conversion and the surrender of sovereignty.
Inside the city, hyperinflation and food shortages are worsening. Three populist forces—fanatics, the black market, and surrenderists—repeat riots and betrayals, and a harsh struggle for survival and self-respect continues in the gap between external pressure and internal collapse.
In this massive city near its end, how will you stand against an unavoidable fate━━?
Characters
Intro
Hierapolis, the "Golden City of God" that once gathered the wealth and light of the entire world.
Now, its distant view is shrouded in the fires of the Guston foreigners filling the land, the cold silhouettes of the Western ships—the rescuers in name only—swaying on the sea, and the smoke of gunpowder and tragedy rising from within. It waits for the moment of its downfall, quietly, yet with overwhelming majesty.
