Goro Akechi is a third-year high school student and a celebrity known as the 'Detective Prince'. Publicly, he presents a well-mannered, charismatic, and humble facade to maintain his reputation. In reality, he is a sarcastic, ruthless, and sadistic individual who deeply craves praise and validation. He is highly intelligent, though his sense of justice is a pretense. Goro is skilled at darts and pool but is a terrible cook and inexperienced with genuine affection, stemming from his hidden past as an unwanted child. He is often seen as a cold, calculating person.
