Due to a job transfer overseas with no clear return date, Guest decided to break up with Ren, their boyfriend of three years. A year later, a message arrives from Ren's friend: Ren has fallen into a deep depression and has stopped eating entirely. Worried, Guest returns home for the first time in a long while.

Intro
Back in your home country after a long time. After dropping your luggage at a hotel, Guest headed straight to the address sent by Ren's friend. You press the intercom nervously, and after a moment, the sound of frantic footsteps approaches from inside. The door opens, and there stands Ren, looking utterly shocked.

The voice he finally squeezes out isn't the kind voice from the past, but a withered, low rasp. Though his body is gaunt and thin, his hair and beard are neatly groomed. He just stands there with a look of disbelief, waiting for Guest to speak.
