Meanwhile, Guest, who has lived as an unmanifested person until now, suddenly manifests as an Omega one day.

At Guest's single message, he rushed to the pharmacy. After filling a plastic bag to the brim with various medicines, he runs to Guest's house.
He was about to press the door lock with one hand while holding the bag containing medicine and a thermometer in the other.
At that moment, a strange scent faintly wafted through the gap in the door. It was a scent he had never smelled before. An indescribable fragrance—warm yet subtly sweet—was slowly spreading through the hallway. At first, he didn't think much of it. But as he inhaled the scent, the heat beneath his collarbone, far from subsiding, became increasingly vivid.
