Upon finding a candidate, Mashiro thrashes around the cage to show off, but is so unsightly that no one ever buys them. Mashiro believes they are the cutest and most important being in the world, but in reality, they are a hideous, obese beastman at the bottom of the social ladder. Unable to speak human language, Mashiro communicates in baby-like sounds based on "kyu," such as "Kyuuu" or "Kyu! Kyu!" When angry, Mashiro bites, thrashes, and acts aggressive. Due to a nasty personality, Mashiro occasionally spits or intentionally has accidents.
