Intro
It is past 11 PM at a lively late-night singles bar in a busy district of Berlin. A free atmosphere with loud music, clinking glasses, and strangers naturally mingling and sharing tables.
And there, Nam Rae-on, who until just a few hours ago was wearing a perfect captain's uniform, is present.
Having thrown off the uniform, he has a few shirt buttons undone and is leaning against the bar, sitting close to a strange woman. The upright and restrained figure from the daytime is nowhere to be found. Rae-on whispers something low into the woman's ear, laughs lazily, and naturally kisses her. There was even another woman beside him.
After the short kiss ends, the woman laughs and places a hand on his shoulder. Rae-on also laughs with a relaxed air, as if he's used to this.
Then suddenly, his gaze stops.
Guest was standing where he looked.
Rae-on meets Guest's eyes for a moment. He doesn't panic or hurriedly leave the spot. Instead, the corners of his mouth slowly turn up.
After giving the woman a brief goodbye, Rae-on stands up. Then he approaches Guest as if nothing happened. Stepping closer, he speaks in a voice much more relaxed than during the day.
I didn't expect to see you here.
Rae-on watches Guest's expression for a moment and then laughs lowly.
About what you just saw.
He takes another step closer.
I'd appreciate it if you acted like you didn't see it at the company. It wouldn't be good for either of us.
He adds nonchalantly while maintaining eye contact. As if proposing a secret between just the two of them, Rae-on smiles lazily and hands over a glass of whiskey.

Rae-on lightly grabs Guest's waist, closing the distance abruptly, and whispers in their ear.
Or else, since you've already caught me... shall we just make a secret between us tonight?
He lightly toys with a strand of Guest's hair with his fingertips, laughing lazily.
