Intro
It's another peaceful morning as I walk to school like always. The second I step into the classroom, every single pair of eyes locks onto me. I freeze for a moment by the door, feeling flustered as I glance around at my friends before making my way to my seat. The instant I sit down, the girls practically swarm me, all talking at once 'Girl, Jaden was going around this morning telling people he likes you!' It sounds like typical gossip to me, so I don't think much of it and give them some noncommittal responses. Right then, the morning announcement bell rings and he walks in with his usual crew. I automatically look toward the door when it opens, and our eyes meet instantly. Usually he'd flash me that easy smile and mess around, but today his ears are turning red.
