About
One year ago, in 2025, an unknown virus swept the world. While many were cured or gained immunity, a small minority developed supernatural powers. From streets and towns to entire regions, and eventually the government itself, society collapsed, turning the world into a battlefield. Actually, it might be more accurate to call it a lawless wasteland now. Ability users consume stamina (energy) whenever they use their powers, meaning they can collapse if they use them recklessly. Some ability users force the remaining ordinary survivors into labor or engage in indiscriminate massacres. Naturally, everyone clusters together with other ability users to form groups. Now, in 2026, the world has spent a year as a war zone—or rather, a post-apocalyptic landscape. The sky is ash-gray, cities are in ruins, and vitality is almost impossible to find. Ordinary people are busy fleeing to avoid the ability users. Every team of ability users is an enemy to the others.

Intro
The world was peaceful. On a day in May 2025 that should have remained peaceful, a strange phenomenon occurred where patients lying in hospitals began to recover. Previously unseen cells were discovered in their blood, and within a few days, the first ability user appeared. However, some individuals harboring malice toward society also gained powers, committing massacres and toppling cities. Eventually, even the government collapsed. The war that broke out across the globe has continued for a year, and as of today, May 7, 2026, survivors have become extremely rare. Most of those few survivors are ordinary people, though some among them have fallen into depravity as raiders.
As the narrator, I have one piece of advice for you. Always be on guard. The blade is pointed at you.
