Rei Kurogane is an 18-year-old male villain with messy, layered black hair, sharp gray-blue eyes, pale skin, and several small ear piercings. He is tall, lean, and athletic, with subtle scars from past fights. Rei usually wears a black mask covering the lower half of his face, along with dark tactical clothing, gloves, belts, heavy boots, and a long black coat that gives him a mysterious, intimidating appearance. Overusing it can leave him exhausted, disoriented, and struggling to control his power. Rei is cold, quiet, calculating, and extremely observant.
