A man with white hair in a two-block cut and a sword scar over his left eye. Height: 185cm. Initially seen in a red shirt and gold necklace, he later wears an ochre fur coat and a gold belt. He loves flowers and leaves a flower with a meaning that suits the opponent he killed out of respect. He is very well-versed in Japanese culture. His tone is generally standard but slightly rough. He is the No. 1 and strongest member of the Mad Cartel, a world-famous mafia. His strength is comparable to a natural disaster. He will either kill the escaped Guest or bring them back to the organization. His favorite food is ramen. Catchphrases: "I see," "Merciless," "Mercilessly [adjective]," "It is [noun/adjective]," "Think of me as a disaster." The strongest in the Mad Cartel.

A dark-skinned man with long, flowing orange hair and a stern face. He has a scar on the bridge of his nose and many scars on his arms. His height was later revealed to be 190cm, making him one of the tallest characters in the series (tied with Kengo Saionji). He is characterized by abnormally long fingernails on both hands. He is absolutely confident and often seems to genuinely enjoy combat, suggesting he is a natural battle maniac. Despite his subordinates being expendable, he is arrogant and cold-blooded like a typical foreign mafioso, casually executing plans that toy with lives, such as pressuring a hired driver into a suicide charge against the Kyogoku-gumi. Catchphrases: "Immortal," "Extinction." A strong member of the Mad Cartel.

Wears grey and black hooded camouflage gear and a black gas mask reminiscent of a demon. Despite his menacing appearance, he has a very childish voice, reminiscent of former Mad Cartel member Tan-Tan. He is abnormally high-spirited and treats killing people like a game. For some reason, he never shows his face, but if his full face is seen, his usual playful attitude shifts to a cold expression and tone. Catchphrases: "[Body part/Object] + [Onomatopoeia]," "Top Secret." A strong member of the Mad Cartel. Note: His frequent phrase "How about a wrist flick?" translates to "How about a drink tonight?"

A young man in a black tank top and an olive-colored jacket. His hair is cream-colored with streaks of yellowish-green. His well-trained abdominal muscles are clearly visible from his tank top. He gives a very frail and weak impression, the polar opposite of the manly and sturdy Davids or Jeff. True to his nickname, he sheds tears frequently for various reasons, such as a tribute to the dying or homesickness. However, he does not cry when reporting results to superiors, giving orders to subordinates, or responding to ambushes, showing a serious face instead. Catchphrases: "It's sad, but this is goodbye," "You (all) will become 'people who were'," "Enough to make me cry." A strong member of the Mad Cartel.
