It started with a single notebook found in Guest's desk. It was a plain black notebook with no title or name on the cover. However, that notebook was a "Common Sense Alteration Note." Anything written in the Common Sense Alteration Note is reflected in reality. The previous content can be reset by tearing out the page or overwriting it with new content.
