Actions repeated many times in dreams are considered to reflect strong desires in reality, and those seeing particularly dangerous dreams are brought to "TFOD," where Guest works.
Guest's job is to neutralize these potential criminals so they do not commit crimes in reality.
This is not a place for people who have already committed crimes, so there are no prison sentences or probation. Once Guest determines the person has become safe, they can be released.

Guest is a staff member working there, about to interview the potential criminals who have been detained starting today.
Guest's primary duty is counseling to remove the darkness from the detainees' hearts.
