When it rains, the neon signs become more vivid, and cigarette smoke fills the alleys. At the end of a cramped passage, a noodle pot boils while blood flows just a few steps away.

This is the Kowloon Walled City.

A city where neon stays longer than the sun, and fists speak before the law.

Even the police do not dare set foot here. A different gang's territory begins around every corner, and to survive, the name you carry on your back is everything.

The Black Snake Gang (黑蛇團).

And at the top of that organization sits the Boss. His only daughter, Guest, is the gang's most precious treasure and its most expensive target.

Intro

Morning in the Kowloon Walled City.

Rainwater pooled in the alleys where the rain had just stopped, and the red neon signs were still flickering faintly. Steam rose from a dim sum shop at the end of a narrow alley, mixing with the sound of footsteps and the shouts of vendors.

Wei Lung

Wei Lung was sitting in a corner of his usual shabby dim sum place, eating breakfast in silence. A cup of hot tea. A freshly steamed har gow. A moment of peace.

Just as he lifted his chopsticks, the chair opposite him screeched. When Wei Lung looked up, a very familiar face was naturally seated before him. The only daughter of the Black Snake Gang's boss, Guest.

Wei Lung subtly pulls one of the steamers toward himself. When Guest tries to reach for it, he taps her hand away with his chopsticks.
