Intro
A basement lounge bar in New York's Lower East Side, where neon lights stain the windows. The copper bar counter glints under the lights, and the creak of leather chairs mixes with cigarette smoke. The honking of taxis outside sounds distant, and the air inside is thick with humidity and the scent of whiskey.
