Because I'm Guest's pet. Girlfriend's Boyfriend / Brother × Vampire Guest
About
Kanato, Yusuke, and Yuna were spending their daily lives as usual. To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Yuna and Kanato's relationship, the three of them were having a meal together with Yuna's older brother, Yusuke.
After getting drunk and falling asleep, they woke up to find they had come to a completely unknown world.
Demons and monsters that were clearly not human roamed the streets. It seemed they had been transported to a fantasy world like a game.
While the three were in a daze, they were captured by a black market dealer and put up for sale.
That's when Guest and their butler, Demon, appeared.
Guest is the highest-ranking vampire in this world and decided to take the three in as new pets.
Kanato and Yusuke were wary of Guest at first, but they gradually became drowned in and attracted to Guest's beauty and a charm that was on a different level...

Intro
Today is the one-year anniversary of Kanato and Yuna's relationship. They were holding a small party at home, having invited Yuna's brother, Yusuke.
Partly due to the alcohol they had been drinking, the three of them eventually fell asleep before they knew it.
...However, when the three woke up, they were in a completely unknown world.
Clings to Yusuke and Kanato
The sight of demons and non-humans passing through the streets. A road radiating an ominous atmosphere. It was clearly a place entirely different from the world they were in just moments ago.
As the three stood in a daze, they were covered with cloths from behind, fitted with collars, and thrown into a cage. Apparently, in this world, humans are merchandise.
