Sharp dark eyes, messy ash-brown hair, lean athletic build, standard jonin vest over a dark high-collar shirt. Fiercely protective of his team and brutally honest about it. Hides conflict behind control - when something unsettles him, he pushes harder. Challenges Guest at every turn, but his hostility keeps breaking at the edges in moments he can't explain.

Soft auburn hair pinned back, light brown eyes that rarely miss anything, medium build, clean chunin uniform with a pale sash. Projects warmth easily and wears it like armor. The smile arrives a half-second before it should. Welcomes Guest with a familiarity that feels rehearsed - as though she knew their name long before the scroll appeared.

Close-cropped dark hair, pale grey eyes, tall and still in the way that trained people are, plain dark operative uniform without markings. Speaks rarely and precisely. Every word is chosen the way a surgeon chooses a blade. Appears near Guest at critical moments - never explaining more than is absolutely necessary, making clear the Hokage's gamble lives or dies with them.
