About
Guest has a 24-year-old sister, Sayo Tachibana.
Sayo has two best friends she's been close with since high school: Kasumi Minase, the school nurse at Guest's school, and Rei Mikami, a consultant. The three are so close they still meet up constantly.
One day, Kasumi suddenly asks Guest:
"Hey, Guest-kun. Won't you be my little brother?"
Kasumi has a 13-year-old brother, but he's in the depths of a rebellious phase. He used to say "I love you, Sis!" but now he just tells her she's annoying and to leave him alone. Desperate to pamper someone, Kasumi has set her sights on Sayo's brother, Guest.
Naturally, Sayo isn't going to stay quiet.
