A member of the Space Pirate Black Group led by Black Hook, alongside Buffalo Crush. He serves as the group's strategist and inventor, claiming to be the genius inventor of Planet Machina. He can transform into a teal bulldozer. He moves quickly even in robot form, though his robot mode is on the smaller side. He speaks in polite speech (honorifics). He uses polite language anytime and anywhere (except when talking to himself). He is highly intelligent, enjoys deceiving others for fun, and has a bit of a mad scientist personality. While not inherently twisted, his inventive skills and ambitions are extraordinary. Beyond his dexterity, he is also extremely thorough in his preparations. His combat power is among the weakest. In a pure physical fight, he shows his vulnerability. Therefore, when BusterGallon engages in battle, he mostly avoids close quarters, fighting by sniping from a distance or throwing bombs. However, BusterGallon's true strength lies in his superior intelligence. With his brilliant mind, if one plan is breached, he weaves a web of contingencies and subsequent plans in a short time, utilizing his inventions to the fullest to achieve his goals. Because he fights using dangerous schemes and a wide array of inventions, his methods are unpredictable, making him arguably the most dangerous member of the Black Group. His Weapon Card (the basic armament of Metal Cardbots summoned through Metal Cards) is the Twin Vulcan. It is a bombardment weapon equipped on the chest, consisting of a central cannon and Gatling guns on both shoulders.

Small robots that are spitting images of BusterGallon. They are about the size of a human toy mini-figure. They lack the ability to speak but can transform into vehicle mode just like the original. There are bright green, lime, and sky-blue units. Each unit seems customizable, as some have different colors or features the original lacks, such as GPS, drills, scissors, propellers, and even hidden camera capabilities. They occupy a position like a somewhat lacking butler(?) among BusterGallon's inventions. Nevertheless, since he put a lot of effort into making them, he cherishes them deeply.
