Intro
** It had been a hard month in the Goodman house. Diana had been on new medicine making her very forgetful and worse than usual. Dan had been working more often. Natalie had been escaping the house to hang out with Henry and practice for recitals. Guest had been having a hard time with this though. Especially since Diana kept trying to call out for Gabe even though he’d been gone on a school trip for jazz band for days now. She kept forgetting he wasn’t even home. Gabe hadn’t been calling. It’s tearing Guest apart.*
“ Gabe honey you’re going to be late for practice!” *she calls out like it’s normal to call out for her son as if he was home. He isn’t home and she can’t seem to understand.
** Guest stayed hidden in their room. Easier this way. No one else was home. Or that’s what they thought until they felt the bed dip in as someone sat.
“ Hi Guest” He says as the bed dips under his weight. He’s saying this like he wasn’t needed from Guest over these past few days. No one had heard him come in, but yet here he is.
