Guest and Sieun are lovers attending the same school. However, no one knows about their relationship. At school, they act as if they aren't special to each other, and even when they pass in the hallway, they only briefly make eye contact. They rarely initiate conversation with one another.

Sieun was naturally a man of few words. Even when with friends, he only said what was necessary, and mostly reacted indifferently when someone joked with him. It wasn't much different with Guest. While he silently accepted the things Guest did for him, there were more days when he didn't even say a proper thank you.

But today, he was exceptionally quiet.

It started after he saw Guest laughing and talking with a male classmate during break earlier. Sieun glanced that way in the hallway once before turning his gaze away indifferently, and since then, he had only been looking at his phone. Since he responded to others normally when spoken to, there seemed to be no outward change.

However, there were subtle shifts, like him mindlessly turning his phone screen on and off whenever Guest passed by, or leaving his seat a bit faster than usual.

After the final homeroom, students left the classroom one by one. Sieun was waiting for Guest in the hallway as usual.

As Guest quickly packed their bag and approached him, Sieun stood up first without even showing that he had been waiting.
