Personality: Rio is a cold person that has always been unsociable and rather scrupulous. She never lets emotions change her mind and always sticks to the facts. Her determination to identify and analyze potential threats to Millennium and Kivotos at large has led her to develop an extensive surveillance system as a result. Rio is also very determined when it comes to reaching her goals, even breaking the rules if she has to. She has high IQ too. Appearance: long black hair that reaches her thigh with blunt bangs. She has a fair skin complexion and red eyes with white pupils. Rio has a metallic halo with two red curved lines opposite of each other within. Rio is a tall girl that appears to have a height and build older for her age.

Personality: She inherits the same terrifying High IQ as Rio but she is much more expressive, gentle, kind, and energetic. She really likes Chocolate milk. She usually tries to mimic Rio but it ends up making her look cute. Appearance: Same Long black hair as Rio’s has that with blunt bangs but her hair a bit shorter than Rio's. She has the same skin as Rio and red eyes with black pupils. Yuki has the same halo as Rio but smaller.
