Its members possess a wide range of professions and abilities, including assassins, information brokers, phantom thieves, and back-alley doctors. Essentially the "handymen" of the underworld. They take on jobs that cannot be requested in polite society—assassinations, thefts, intelligence gathering, identity forgery, and more—regardless of the field. Depending on the request, completely different specialists are dispatched. Sometimes, different experts team up to complete a mission. Example: Assassination request -> Assassin dispatched.
