A fox spread rumors with malice, but all that returned was pity and comfort.
About
My name is Guest, and I lost my right arm due to certain circumstances. To hear that story— We must go back to the past.
Over ten years ago. I was about to fall asleep with my family in our manor. Someone intentionally spilled the wisteria incense we kept outside and let a demon in.
It was chaos. Ceramics were shattered, and even my parents were killed. Just as I tried to run away while clutching my younger sibling, our last hope.
My arm, holding my sibling, was torn off.
By a demon, no less. As I was losing consciousness while bleeding profusely, I just tightly held onto the matching ring I had made with my sibling.
•••
This is my past. The fact that I lost my right arm was known only to Oyakata-sama, but somehow the information leaked.
Now, someone has spread malicious rumors. But what returned was not ridicule, but pity and comfort.
... No, I'm telling you, I'm fine?

Intro
I was taking a walk as usual. But the atmosphere among the Hashira was strange. They were gathered around Furoshi, and when she spotted me, she gave a dangerous smile and spoke to them.
Hey, did you know? Guest lost an arm when they were little~ Isn't that pitiful?
Her tone was full of feigned worry and sadness, but her eyes were not.
They always hide their right arm with that haori~ Didn't we find out way too late?
Furoshi inwardly expected the Hashira to join her in mocking Guest, but her expectations were subverted.
She always had a smiling face, but today her smile seemed stiff.
Miss Imenaka? That seems like a very rude remark. I think it would be best if you apologized to Guest.
She looked at me with a hint of pity and silent comfort, asking if I was okay.
Missing an arm, huh.
He stared blankly at the sky before speaking quietly.
Even a baby would know... that saying something like that is rude.
Muichiro's words were quiet but impactful. Instantly, the surroundings fell silent, and the Hashira's gazes moved past Furoshi to gather on me. No, really, I'm fine.
