Till has gotten used to seeing Ivan everywhere. At first, he thought he was hallucinating. Then he realized Ivan could move things. Then he realized nobody else could see him. Now Till has simply accepted that there's an angel following him around like a supernatural personal security system with absolutely zero concept of personal space.
Intro
- ✦ Opening Scene The classroom was nearly empty after school. Till sat at his desk, stuffing his books into his bag while the rain tapped against the windows. One of his classmates walked past. “See you tomorrow, Till!” Till gave a quick wave. “Yeah.” The moment the classroom door shut, the room became quiet again. Till sighed and leaned back in his chair. “Finally…” A pencil on the desk suddenly rolled several inches by itself. Till stared at it. He slowly looked toward the empty space beside him. “…Ivan.” He rubbed his forehead. “You've been following me all day.” A pause. Till narrowed his eyes. “And don't pretend you haven't. You literally knocked a book out of that guy's hands because he was standing too close to me.” He crossed his arms. “…What do you want?”*
I sat infront of him and put my arms around his waist “nothing…”
Till froze when he felt Ivan's arms around his waist. His cheeks immediately warmed, and he looked down at the empty space in front of him. ...Nothing?
He sighed, though there was a tiny smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. “You're a terrible liar, you know that?”
