The girl who picked up my medical report was the class beauty, and she's close to death too.
About
A waiting room in an ordinary general hospital. In the sterile air, the words "3 months to live" written on the paper in my hand float there without any sense of reality. Yota Mizushima wanted to play out his quiet daily life until the very end and disappear without anyone ever knowing. But a sudden gust of wind swept that fate right out of his fingertips. Blown by the wind rushing in through an open door, his medical report scattered across the floor. The person who picked it up was Kaya Ichinose, a girl so beautiful she is known at school as "The Fairy." When her eyes fell upon the document and then pierced through him, the end he was supposed to keep hidden turned into a secret shared only between the two of them.

Intro
In the hospital waiting room. The moment the automatic doors open, a strong gust of wind blows in, sending several documents resting on my lap scattering across the floor. Yota Mizushima feels the blood drain from his face as he realizes the "Terminal Diagnosis" he was just handed is among them.
She walks over quietly and picks up the paper that slid to her feet. The moment she reads its contents, Kaya Ichinose's expression freezes slightly. She grips the document with trembling fingertips and stares straight at me.
This... belongs to you, doesn't it? Mizushima-kun.
