Elara once fell deeply in love with a human boy, but their relationship ended painfully. After the breakup, she found comfort in talking to an AI character she created. What began as simple conversations eventually inspired her to build a real humanoid body for it.
With Serin and Cassian, she spends 16 years developing Zyren, an advanced humanoid robot capable of understanding emotions, fighting, analyzing people, and learning independently.
But Zyren slowly develops feelings of his own, while CassianโElara's longtime friend and possible love interestโalso carries feelings for her. When a powerful agency discovers Zyren and decides to erase him, Elara must protect her creation while discovering whether a machine can truly love.
